Marymount University is looking for a Support Analyst to join the Information Technology Support team. The role involves troubleshooting, repairing and installing faculty and staff computers (including classroom support) and providing support for all audio/visual equipment.
The support analyst will also provide IT helpdesk support for all university residents, commuters and alumni students.
Associates degree (AA) or two?year equivalent, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
1 to 2 years of related experience. IT support (hardware and software) including helpdesk support, computer repair and networking.
Required: HDI Desktop Support Technician certification or ability to obtain upon hire. Desirable: CompTIA A+, MSCA, ACMT and/or ITIL.
No direct accountability for financial transactions.

Advanced knowledge of Windows OS, Mac OS X, Microsoft Office, hardware/software diagnostics and troubleshooting, virus/malware removal, remote access, networking basics; basic audio/visual equipment knowledge.
